rougess Posted January 9, 2009 Share Posted January 9, 2009 I go for seven star coach rating of any type, with at least 14+ JPP and JPA. Tactical knowledge should be over 15 imo. N^G Posted January 11, 2009 Share Posted January 11, 2009 Tactical Knowlege if you leave them in charge of games Motivation if you let them do the team talks Judging CA/PA if you listen to their evaluations on players Good coaching stats will benefit your training schedules Level of discipline probably determines whether or not he will fine your players for getting sent off when he is controlling matches Don't really understand the effects of adaptability or determination as they are a bit vague.
