Inexperienced players will be more error prone and succeptible to pressure in big games and in the grind of a league campaign for sure. Make sure you have a good captain and maybe 3-5 older players (internationals) to make sure the squad personality is determined or professional. chopper99 Posted January 9, 2009 Share Posted January 9, 2009 Depends on the mental and hidden attributes of the players tbh. The average age itself won't be taken into consideration. But younger players tend to have lower mental attributes and lower values for 'Pressure' and that kind of thing, so as Les Girondins says it's best to have a few experienced players in the mix.
