Josh_lee Posted January 9, 2009 Share Posted January 9, 2009 I have brought 2 asian players (china & saudi arabia)both work permit had been turned down, and I would like to send to my belgium club on loan, but the game said "XXXX cannot be loaned out to XXX at this time."
