Younging
either by not getting enough in the bank or if the owner decides to sell? just wondering so all the other teams in the prem can have a chance.
TomHAVFC
I think they can although it would take over 100 years at least.

Guest mikeytwigge
The board can sell up and then the team will be overloaded with highly paid stars so they will go into administration
peter-evo
If the board sell and the club is bought by someone who is not so rich, the highly paid players wages will take a lot out of the budget. If Abramovic sold, Chelsea could be in trouble.
