Glenn Wakeford
You can either sack him and pay compensation (which the board may or may not allow), wait for another club to come in for him or wait for his contract to expire.

IbrahimAliMaher
Assuming you can't get rid of him because he's too expensive the only thing you can do really is negotiate his contract somehow or change his role as suggested above. I think you'll probably be stuck with him for a while though, in my experience lower league clubs tend to give the worst staff long term contracts, particularly fitness coaches who I've seen start with 10 year deals despite being an absolute shower statswise. Roel Dijkstra
I have a Fitness Coach that the Chairman wont let me get rid of via Mutal Terminate ContractHow can i get rid of him... Offer him a new contract that runs out next June.
Phil Macklam
I have this at Tottenham on every new game. I cannot get rid of Kevin Bond or Joe Jordan as their compensation is too much. This though is only because they are new to the club and their contracts have just started. As for Bond I offer him a coaching contract and then hire another assistant manager. Just wait a season if he's really useless and then you can get rid of him, the compensation will be cheaper.
CrashOverride
I thought existing staff would normally accept a mutual termination at the start of the game? Or was that just 08?

pedro007
I had this with my Ass Man, you will have to offer a new contract and make it as short as possible and then let it expire.
