Grimoz Posted January 7, 2009 Share Posted January 7, 2009 I am currently Rangers, 5 points behind celtic after 12 matches and 8 of my 1st team squad players say they are unhappy with the lck of harmony, How do i improve this ?? obviously there is something going on behind the scenes that is making your players unhappy, maybe try and praise them a bit more after games instead of having a go at them and make sure you say positive comments in the press conferences, have more interaction with the players, it always helps them. Also dont get into disputes about contracts and transfers as It can cause problems, make sure every player knows what their role is in the team.
