On FM08, I had become favoured personnel with most of my Spurs team, and wanted to make Spurs a favoured club, but I didn't know how to do it, or if you could do it at all. Mikel Arteta had me as favoured personnel after 5 months in charge, because I said he was an incredible asset to the team. I wanted to put him down as Favoured Personnel too, but I don't know how...
