youth accomodations

Ok the translations maybe wrong but i have a go.

Clubs have youth accomodations, and some clubs also have a youth academy. If a club hasn't got a youth academy (because it's too little, i am talking about LLM), and you manage the club and you build it out to a National club to first class or even bigger, will the clu start a youth academy, just like when the board decides to expad the stadiu or improve the facilities?

And what is the difference in effect when a club hasn't got a youth academy

Yes, afaik the club will build a Youth Academy.

A Youth Academy improves the quality of "regens" that appear in your youth team every year.

So there are two standards that effects the quality then: 1) youth academy or not 2) poor/moderate/.../ state of the art youth facilities?

A Youth Academy affects the quality of the players as they appear in your youth team, and their Potential.

The Youth Facilites affect how much they improve while they are on a youth contract. Training facilities affect how much they improve while they are on a Part Time/Full Time contract.

You aren't missing much by not having a Youth Academy, particularly in the Lower Leagues, as very few teams have them.

Still it's stupid that with top clubs you hardly get good regens, youth academy or not. (FM08)
