phil_42@hotmail.co.uk
i'm playing as Everton in my first season and Fellaini does seem to be settling into life on merseyside. i've thought about the possibility of loaning him out but i've decided not to due to him being a key member. what should i do? slipknot67
Offer him a new contract, if that doesn't sort him out I'd give him a few weeks in the reserves. Update; Also ask him to recommend a new signing/staff member, then if you sign his recommendation he will settle quicker.
CrashOverride
Have you got the option under player interaction to send home on personal leave? What favoured personell does he have, maybe sign one of them? Sign a english/his language speaking coach and see if that helps?
