T4RG4 Posted January 1, 2009 Share Posted January 1, 2009 Yes. If he has Belgium knowledge (which I'm sure he'd have and you can see by looking at his info). You can also use your scouts to scout other nations, then you'll gain that info for your club. To add to your own profile/manager knowledge you'll have your chosen home nation/plus another dual nationality if you selected it as well as knowledge from other nations you manage in I think.
