eastside5228
I'm trying to find out who's getting released on a free transfer. How do I view all of the released players without having to go player by player or club by club. I wanna be able to take advantage of this, i saw on the news screen that Santos from Barcelona was signed on a free transfer to Man U. I mean **** I would've like to have known about that and atleast try to sign him.
slipknot67
Do a player search and use the filter option choose contract, then select expired or unattached.
AnfieldRoad10
Also, to see those who's contracts are expiring with 12 months, click on player search, filter, contracts, contracts expiring. You'll be able to offer a contract to them upto 6 months before their contract actually expires.
phnompenhandy
Another way is to set the transfer fee filter to $0.
Roman375
For some reason when I try to filter players in player search by their contract (expired, expiring or unattached) not all of the players who fit that criteria show up. Is this a bug or intentional?
CaptainPlanet
It's down to scouting knowledge, the player search isn't a search of the whole database, it's players that your staff know about.
Roman375
Ah, that explains it, thanks.
