What determines what countries staff have knowledge of ?

for example , a lot of my staff have knwoeldge of england , france , scotland and ....Denmark and Sweden :s

Why them ?

Scouts gain knowledge from scouting players in diffirent countries. Coaches, Physios Ass. Managers I think gain knowledge from the clubs they worked at before joining your club (or played at if they are ex players).

But why would most of the staff in th game have knowledge of sweden and denmark , even though I have only loaded up the english and scottish loeagues , and managing in england :s

The staff that have knowledge of Scandanavian countries probably played or worked there at some time in their career, which you would see in their history screen, not having a league loaded wouldn't change the fact that a staff member worked in that country.

Update; I just checked my Ass. Man's profile and he has knowledge of Bolivia despite never having been there, so I suspect that he may also gain knowledge of a nation just from having worked at a club with a player from there in it, so if a staff member has been at a club with Danish or Swedish players he will gain a little knowledge of those countries.

Just looked at Hartleppol and there staff have knwoeldge of Denmark and Sweden , and their GK is Jan Budtz , who is danish Thats probablys why.

They can also "adobt" knowledge from/about their favorite personnel. So if they have a Dane in their favorite personnel they will often have a little knowledge about Denmark.
