West Ham Josh Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 Well, my QPR side have awful squad harmony - my board dislike this and my players are unhappy. On the Board summary it says it is very poor harmony and that really can't be good for my side. I would like to know how I can improve squad harmony and what could be causing it too be so poor. Not had the best of starts and got two players sent off in two games....Warned the first one, and fined the second a weeks wage (he did get sent off 12mins in for a professional foul) and now the whole squad dislike me.....just entered Sept, so cant sell any of them.
