baker.simon Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 Hi, I hope someone can help Basically, im looking for help and advice on how to scout fot youngsters effectively. I have just signed a scout with a judging ability rating of 18, is that good?, and have assigned him to the under 18's league but so far he is only finding players that have potential to be good league 1 or decent championship players and none are rated as definate purchases.
