How long does is take to get good players to come to a lesser known club????

I have been manager of the plymouth argyle for three seasons now. I have gotten them promoted to the premiership in the 1st years, saved from relegation in the 2nd, got to a midtable finish in the 3rd. But i can't get any good players to come to my team. Just older/washed up players or really young players. How many years does this process generally take??????

Name me "good players" in your view at say, Fulham IRL now, please. Some teams are just less attractive.

I'm trying to get a decent player from serie a. Marco cassetti from roma. He's not even that young and not valued very highly and he dismisses my interest every time. I've been getting that from so many players.

For that you'll want the skinning hideout

Try to get them on loan to start with and agree a future fee for a transfer. If you then play them regularly and praise good performances and so on you might have a better chance to sign them permanently.
