Pauljs Posted December 28, 2008 Share Posted December 28, 2008 I am Inter Manager, I didnt spend any of the Transfer budget at all from Season 1 apart from Ronaldo on a free and Michael Owen on a free, A new croatian guy has taken over and he gave me a transfer budget of170m, and I sold a few players like Adriano, Viera, Quaresma, Samuel meaning I had over 200m I signed Messi for 45m, suprisingly no fuss at all and quite cheap I thought, but then I tried to sign De Rossi, Roma wanted something stupid like 168m, so how come Messi is 45m and De Rossi is 168m? The same with C Ronaldo, Man Utd wanted 124m, Steven Gerrard, Liverpool wanted 107m for a 29 year old? Messi is a lot younger, I tried to sign Palombo from Man City and they wanted about 50m? eh?
