Steam Problem!!

Hi, My DVD drive on my new PC has stopped working and my FM09 game was activiated on steam through the family PC. So I went into my games and there it was and an option to dwnload it. So I downloaded it and when I launch it that stupid softanchow crap comes up.

Anybody know a solution?
