Coach dilemma advice appreciated

Playing with Lincoln, won promotion to league 1 the first season. The club had 4 coaches when I started the game, 2 of them where youth coaches, but I signed new contracts with them to benefit the whole team. What my team is really missing is a goalkeeping coach, but my board wont allow me to get another coach. I got a very good young goalkeeper that I think would have the ability to develop into a really good keeper under the right circumstances.

To be able to sign another coach it is possible that I have to get rid of two of my current coaches to get the number down to 2 to keep within the boards limits. Is it worth to lose one coach overall to get a good goalkeeping coach?

If I were you I'd offer 1 of your coaches a contract as ass. man freeing up a coach space and then bring in a good gk coach, then renegotiate your new Ass. man's contract back to coach.

Thanks for the advice I managed to get a gk coach and a fitness coach which my team really needed.

That won't happen at Lincoln. He needs top training facilities and playing regularly at the highest level to develop fully.

Well I didn't exactly mean he will guard the posts at Arsenal, but I think he might hold through championship level and that is a very good keeper for me.
