4457
It's the same IRL. This has just been reflected in FM09 more accurately. Most loans require a fee IRL.
crafty bison
They seem excessive. Lower-level Premier League clubs do not pay millions IRL to get an Arsenal youngster on loan. West Brom have just agreed (IRL) to take Jay Simpson for the remainder of the season, but they're not paying a couple of million for the privilege like they would have to in 9.2. This needs adjusting in 9.3.
Maidel
It depends on if the club see the player as actually playing a part in the season - so if you wanted to loan a really really good youth player (eg ramsey from arsenal) you would probably have to pay good money (2-3M) as although hes not a first team regular, he is playing 10-20 games this season. If you want to loan some random 17 year old who wasnt expected to play any games this season, then you shouldnt have to pay anythin.
crafty bison
^ Exactly what you say. I don't think this is properly implemented at the moment.
