Well, with all editors it depends on the user. You can use the official SI pre-game editor to give a club a sugar daddy, massive funds and super-players, then choose to manage it. With unofficial in-game editors you can just use them to add real-life managerial changes and transfers. Like any tool, it isn't good or bad; the user decides.
