I'm assuming a few possibilities: you're using different skins; or the screenshot of your player isn't of a regen (hence the CG face in the first one). If so, that's because the link with the face is of a regenerated player (a new player the game creates to replace old players); the other link is of an existing player SI don't have a picture for.
