Mihk3l Posted December 27, 2008 Share Posted December 27, 2008 I remember reading this forum or some other forum that you can increase your scouts by hiring coaches and then offering them scout contract, I did that by searching staff who had healthy green bar on both scout and coach bar, I signed them as coaches and offered them scout contracts but they rejected saying offer wasn't good enough even when I offered them max salary, has anyone tried this? do I need to wait a bit before offering diffrent job? or should should I sack them because it is impossible?
