Last season Christian Molinaro was being rotated but playing quite often as his form was very good, still moaned he wasn't playing enough despite my other LB being miles ahead of him. The solution? I signed a better LB and stuck the bugger in the reserves til he requested a transfer. Also this season Andrea Luci has made 16 appearances again in my rotation system after complaining a lot last season when he wasn't playing much. He's in the top five for most appearances and yet my assistant still says he's not happy. Conversely though I have some players who hardly ever play and yet they seem happy with being paid for doing sod all. I suppose it's just a matter of professionalism or something.
