Yet Another Activation Problem!

I've been looking through all these help threads for a while now but can't find anything that will help me. I got a new computer yesterday and when trying to activate I get this error:

It seems your unlock key is over its device limit. Your unlock key is only valid for a set number of computers. To unlock this software against additional computers, please visit: http://www.sigames.com

Error : [-1004]

The game was currently installed on 4 computers when I tried this and since then I have uninstalled it from another so it is only installed on 3 at the moment. The deactivation link dosent work so i can't check that to deactivate one and the si website dosent give any information on gaining additional computers. Any help anyone can give me would be appreciated and I will try to give more details if required, just ask.

Anyone any ideas? I have tried reinstalling, I have both updates (9.1.0, 9.2.0) and I have tried this fix here:

But when I enter my license key and try to save I get this error:

If I try to continue the application just closes anyway and under details it says this:

Phone activation dosen't even appear as an option when I'm trying to activate, although I'm not too bothered about that as I would much rather use the online way but would use phone as a last resort. Any suggestions at all are welcome as I'm desperate to play this now.

Do you have 32 or a 64 bit operating system? It looks like you the 64 bit version of .net2 which could be a problem with a 32 bit OS?

It's a brand new computer, what could possibly be wrong with it already. Anyway if no one else has any ideas, do you know how i would go about repairing it.
