GillsMan Posted December 25, 2008 Share Posted December 25, 2008 does that meen u cou take it back and get money for it 1) Most retailers won't take it back if you've opened it. 2) If you read the EULA (and this is likely to be seen as a reasonable clause anyway), you'll see that if you sell or return the CD you give up the right to play the game, so you'd have to uninstall the game, to avoid breaking the terms of the agreement.
