loan screen monitoring under 'transfers' tab disappeared?

am i missing something here, i remember using this screen under the 'transfers' tab in FM09 before to monitor my players out on loan, or those i've loaned in. in my 6th season now and somehow it seems to have disappeared? can't seem to access that screen in any way.

it used to show where my players were loaned to/where i loaned them from, their payable wages, appearances and goals etc.

only thing i can possibly think of now is that i haven't loaned a player IN for a few seasons ( as Leeds back in the EPL/ECL ), what i wanna monitor are my young players out on loan.

is that the reason for this? but even if so that's really really stupid that it works one way and not the other.

am i missing something blatantly obvious here, or is there something wrong with my save?
