i know i used genie scout for the french regen. i thought regen scout was a pile of rubbish but its worth it.

Whats their PA?

Hope he works out for you. I signed someone with similar stats at the age of 19 (around 135 CA and 198 PA) for 30 million dollars and his average rating after playing 2 full seasons with me as Chelsea was only 6.45 or something ridiculously low.

the french's pa is 185 and his ca is 162

the south african's pa is 190 and his ca is 177

They have a couple of important attributes too low. I suppose they're not bad though.

why dont my scouts find regens do you have to set scout to look for regens or how is this done ?

Try finding them without genie, feels far more rewarding !! Personally I like to do the hardwork and find them myself/scouts.

One of my world class regens, I have 6-7 His mental stats are outstanding for his age.

A quick question, are regens the same on all games, or they completely random?

They are random, except for Face in the Game regens. Even then, their stats will differ from game to game, only their names are the same.

I've been scouting the world for 3 seasons and found no decent regens, I've gotta be doing something wrong?

Genie scout is a good one

they look decent how much were they?

I scouted this guy, and i just checked genie for his potential.... he's amongst the top15 (lazy to check his actual position & potential) best potential players in the whole save, jeej . Hasnt performed greatly though, so his value decreased a bit...

Interesting fact, he started to score way more after i applied 9.2 patch.... which u can see at "last 5 games"

Your not realy meant to see them, you have to use a cheat program to see regens pa/ca numbers.

I would kill for any of those regens. I bet you if you place the regens listed here so far, by themselves against my team of 11 plus substitutes, those regens would still beat us.

Then again, I love playing in obscure leagues.

That Mlugisi Ngobeni guy looks kinda silly with white skin...

when looking for regens, do your scouts find them or do you have to find them yourself. and if the scouts do, do they look in youth teams aswell or just senior teams

that Javier Lopez is - to me - pretty much as good as a AMC gets.

Apart from the 'Footed-ness' bug of course.
