I spent 18 months at Birmingham, got them promoted and got them to a reasonable mid-table before becoming disillusioned with the chariman selling my players, so I moved to Valladolid, rock bottom of La Liga, saved them and then resigned in December of season 2. I am now struggling to get a job in a top division (cos there aren't any!). Has anyone got any idea of what to do short of retire and create a new manger at a decent club?!?! Perhaps, its similar to the Roy Keane issue IRL, in that, chairman may not be inclined to hire you fi your going to jump ships/leave half-way through your contract.
