ANDO 92 Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 I got the game on release day and it has worked fine since but now when I try to go on the game it asks me for online activation and my passkey doesn't work. I used the tool on the SI Games homepage and that didnt work, it came up with: "Activation Failed with error: -821. Please make sure you use the correct key and try again" I have tried this countless times and it will not let me go on the game How can i solve this? ANDO 92 Posted December 21, 2008 Author Share Posted December 21, 2008 no I haven't installed the new patch When I click the icon on the game in it asks me to put in a code I tried using the one on the back of the instruction manual and the one that steam gave me but it doesn't work.
