I am playing in the Dutch league Eredivise, and I ended up in 6th place. So I get to this playoff where I play the 7th placed team. I win 1-0 at home, then loose 3-0 away, so I'm thinking the season is over, but then I play a third game against them at their stadium, tie 2-2, and beat them in penalties. Now I am through to the second round of playoffs. Could someone explain how the freakin Dutch league works, cause I'm extremely confused. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

daylight Posted December 20, 2008 Share Posted December 20, 2008 The playoffs work on a points system the same as the league(as far as I am aware) so you both won a game and then played the deciding match that you went on to win.the agg score doesnt count just the points.
