Has anyone had any success relaying their pitch?

Less than a week after the last game of my third season I asked for the pitch to be relayed as it was in 'awful' condition on the stadium info screen. The board kindly accepted my plea and informed me that they would have the job done at the end of the current season. I'm now 4 games into my fifth season and still no message of any new pitch. Also, when I go to ask now I still get the response that 'the board plitely note that they will have the pitch relayed' despite me asking over a full season ago.

Anyway, the pitch is still in good condition so I'm not worried, just wondering if anyone has actually had a completion message relating to a brand spanking new pitch.
