blueglobefootball123
Hi guys, # How do you distribute your backroom staff? Obviously scouts and physios speak for themselves but in regards to coaches what percentage do you have of Youth Coaches / General Coaches / First Team Coaches? Is it better to have seperate Youth and First team coaches as opposed to many Coaches that will cover both? Currently from 13 Coaches, I have 4 youth, 5 Coaches and 4 First team. 4457
I don't focus as much on the number of them as on what they do. Having 13 coaches that all specialise in defending, for example, would still be pretty useless.
AB-forever
I'm only allowed 6 coaches, and since I want some quite high quality training, they're all regular coaches.
phnompenhandy
It's better to have general coaches - there's no real advantage in specialist fitness, 1st team or Youth team coaches, especially if you are limited to just a few.
iamjerome
i only employ coaches that have 17+ working with youngsters so i don't need separate coaches for my 1st / youth squads.
