It looks like players get numbered when I put them in the lineup on the tactics screen, but I would like to assign each one a more permanent number. I've been digging through menus and these forums for a bit now, but can't seem to figure out how to assign a permanent number. Help will be greatly and enthusiastically accepted. slipknot67 Posted December 20, 2008 Share Posted December 20, 2008 You should get asked at the start of every season to register your squad for the season ahead, this is yor opportunity to select a specific number for every player, however if you sign players in either of the transfer windows you must assign them a free number and must wait to the next season if you want to give him a number already in use by another squad member.
