celtics08
Hey guys I have been trawling these forums trying to understand how the work permit system works and was wondering if someone would mind explaining it for me?
Cottoneye
As far as i know the player must have played 75% of his countries international games & the country must be above a certain number in the FIFA rankings. You could get a foreign feeder club though and loan them out for 3 years, after which they won't require a permit anymore.
4457
Work permits are only a concern if you wish to manage in Britain (NIR/WAL/ENG/SCO). A player from a country ranked higher than 75 in the FIFA rankings must have played at least 70 (could be 75) percent of his national team's matches over the past two years when you attempt to sign him to qualify for a WP. scotty79
no, should i try make boca my feeder club if i'm wanting this player or any other players???
4457
If you've got a feeder club in Spain/Bulgaria/Poland/Belgium, you can go ahead and sign him. The game will tell you you need to send him out on loan to your work permit feeder club until he acquires an EU nationality. Otherwise, it's best to forget it unless/until he meets requirements.
