mbk_ncfc Posted December 19, 2008 Share Posted December 19, 2008 I signed an 18 year old Brazilian striker about three years ago (and obviously was granted a work permit). Three years on, with the man now 21 years old, he wants to commit his future to the club. But every time I offer a contract (and he accepts) it says that he has not been granted a new work permit. If he hasn't played much, he won't get a new wp but if he still has some time left on his contract then you have to make sure that he plays often and then you should be able to offer him a new contract later.
