Manager Profile

Hey there

Now i´m just wondering, The manager profile, how can I improve some of the stats, I feel i´m pretty loyal to the club having said no to three clubs that have aproached me, still I only have a 8 there, Domestic player bias.... ok i´m not good at have home guys on my team so I can accept the 7 there, Financial Control is pretty strong 15, but then comes the Hands on Approach were I have only 9 still i´m doing the team talks, going to the press... How can I improve this, Discipline is at 14 and then I have the tactical Consistensy at 8 I can´t understand this because my first 2 year the message that the fans did not like that I was always playing 4 - 4 - 2 approach to the game.

So my question is this, how important is this profile thing, how can I get the other numbers up??:confused:

as far as I know, if you don't go on holiday your Hands on Approach increase. I think setting indiviual training regimen's also helps and making the correct tutoring choices

It's not excessively important. Re. hands on approach - have you done everything (contract renewals, friendly matches controlled by you, new training schedules etc)?

I´ve done the training, all contract for the first team and reserves, have not gone on a holliday, made some players try to learn new moves, have not had many do the tudoring thing....

Those attributes aren't worded terribly logically. Club/Player loyalty involves not selling players - something hardly any FM gamer can resist!

I too have never varied my formation and have a tactical consistency rating below 10 - madness.
