They find it hard to motivate themself because of my inexperience
What do i have to do to change this? besides win!
Win, win, win.
Praise them if they play good.

Start at a lower reputation club where your own reputation will be comparable.
I would guess that you are managing at a big club and have started off with a poor reputation such as "Sunday lege footballer" or "automatic".

Yep was going to say you have more than likely started as automatic rep and with a big club so you will have to earn there respect now :)

Yep, i started off as Automatic
I'll just keep plugging away.
This is related to the Experience you chose when the game started.
If you're managing a Premier League team as a former Sunday-league player ;), then that's your problem. The next time you start a game, you might choose a higher Experience.
