Amaroq
Congratulations on the last-minute survival!! For those wondering, you are officially sacked on the "season change" date, e.g., June 22nd for England. This means that you've spent six weeks managing a club beyond the point where there is nothing you could do to save yourself. By the time you find a new job, all of the best free transfers have been snapped up, leaving you in a bit of a bind. If you miss and get relegated to an unplayable league, I suggest that you Resign on the day that relegation is assured, and begin applying for other jobs. That way, you have a chance of finding a new job before the 1st of July, and can make full use of the summer transfer window.

rotku
While I agree with your point does this lower your loyalty rating?
Amaroq
Good question. I'm not sure - but doesn't getting sacked lower your reputation? I think I'd rather take a slight hit to Loyalty; mine always gets hammered when I first take over a club as I tend to have no loyalty to the established players.
