I have already installed FM09 But want the new update But Stream will not open

As it says above stream will not let me open the new file it keeps saying I need to enter the activation code. As I already enterd the activation code when I installed the game months ago so the game does not prompt me to install the activation code so I am now in libo chasing my tail.

I tried wizip to extract the file to no avail. I have tried all the tread about version 9.1.1 but they are closed so I am a bit up the swaney with no paddle can somone from SI please help me please.
