Coop Posted December 16, 2008 Share Posted December 16, 2008 I'm a world class manager (supposedly) with 4 titles in 5 seasons. However I have a negative atmosphere in the squad (very poor squad harmony). I don't know why. Anyone have an idea on solving the problem? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
monty Posted December 16, 2008 Share Posted December 16, 2008 : pay them lots (new contracts) : win games : sign their fav people, players or coaches : dont sign Temperamental players : dont give harsh team talks (ever) : dont list them as key players and play them 4 times a year etc : dont try and offer players to other clubs that are well liked (or accept bids for them) : dont buy alot of first team players each transfer window : AND dont fondle their privates in the change rooms Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Amaroq Posted December 16, 2008 Share Posted December 16, 2008 Coop - did you happen to notice if you had very good team cohesion, and then suddenly had it become a very negative atmosphere in the squad, overnight? If that is the case, please post to the Bugs forum - it could be indicative of a number "rolling over" from a very large positive integer into a very large negative integer.
