Failure to Launch Graphics

I've looked at all threads and I seem to be the only one to have this problem. I've played this game for 11 years.This is the first time I've had to go through things like "Steam" and "Product code". After all that I am ready to start my game and I get another message "Failure to launch graphics" What on earth does this mean??? Please help someone.

You should also check that you are running the latest graphics driver, you can do this by visiting the computer manufacturer website, or by visiting the graphics card manufacturing website.

You sure your graphics card is able to run FM09?

I appreciate your help. My PC is only 6 weeks old therefore the graphics card is brand new. I am downloading what was recommended and I'll see.

I had the problem dowloaded whats been recommended about and the new update and it sorted it, i dont think it matters whether you run it or save it i saved it and ran it after.

Once its downloaded you then click on it and it should install automatically.
