They affect how the players respond to your team-talks, criticism or praise. Sportsmanship means how likely he is to take a dive or otherwise cheat. Important Match means will he rise to the occasion or do a ronaldo when it really counts, consistency means will he perform well week in week out or will he play a blinder one match and be rubbish the next.
