Installing the Editor Patch 1.1

How do you do it and what does it do.

I activated through Steam and got an FM 09 update on the 5th but nothing happened and the editor bugs including the future transfer not working where still happening.

So how do i install it if I download it normally.

I think if you open the editor it will say 9.1 now but the future transfer problem is only half fixed (ie now it saves but it doesn't actually work in the game)
