Player Pictures not there?

Is there something I'm doing wrong? I am Playing in the premier League, But none of the players or managers from the league have their pictures, its just the generic pic, but all the players from other leagues ( Serie A, Spanish Primera etc ) all have the real pics ??

I'm sure there is something I have missed ( I hope )

OK..I took A look in the skinning hideout and don't know what the heck I'm looking at. Is there a set or something that some could recommend ?
