so nothing i can do ?

I don't think there's much you can do with that - looking at the components, i would bet that your motherboard won't support dual core or a pci-e graphics card, so there's really no point spending money on upgrading.

I can't believe you only have 446 (i guess that's 512) Ram in there - that's barely enough to run XP at full capacity and nowhere near enough to cope with Vista, even basic.

If i'm reading it correctly then i would advice you to get some more RAM. Since you're on Vista then i would advice you to have at least 1GB RAM. Preferrably up to 2GB since FM won't use more than that, as far as i know.

Your graphics card also seems like it's a bit on the low side.

Don't know how you're running FM now, but try to run it on a small database, with not so many leagues running. Try setting the detail level of the graphics to low. Don't know if you're using 3D or not, but it might help.

If you haven't, try setting up a new game and press the recommended button. See what that comes up with. I know that isn't the most accurate thing in this game, but it's worth a shot.

The biggest advice is, unfortunately RAM. Seems like you're on the low-end on that. Vista itself uses most of the RAM you've got there, which makes FM run slowly as well.

If there's anything i've misread or misunderstood, please correct me :D

Yeah, you don't have enough RAM to really run Vista, let alone FM on top. As others have said, get more RAM, or if you're absolutely stuck, try using Windows XP instead. From your page file size, it actually looks as though Vista is running mostly from your page file, which must be horrendously slow.
