Please help

hi there, i suppose i have been fortunate to have been able to play FM2009 for a month, but now when i try and launch the game softanchor asks me to input my key again, i do and it comes up with an error message "we are unable to process your unlock request. To recieve a new key, plesse visit sigames. Error:[-819]. Having already unlocked the game i can't understand whats going on. Please could anyone help me with this problem.
