Invalid Token error

Please can someone help me

I installed the recieved the new FM as soon as it was released as i preordered it through play.com. I did suffer the activation keycode problem, but through these forums found the solution. I started a campaign, set my team up, played the first few friendlys then saved the game ready to continue plaing the next day. When I did play the next day the initial load up screen came up(i.e War child and credits). Then the program shut down and this message came up "XML parsing error!, not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1 of sound_cache_mode.xml". I am computer literate (well sort of) but was wondering was this a problem with the game or my laptop.

Would really appreciate any help.

P.S I have only just posted this as i have been hooked on call of duty onine for the last month and forgot about FM
