I'd love to find myself struggling against the loan payment schedule for, say, a five-year stadium construction project .. I'm already having to pay the interest, and seeing no benefits because the stadium isn't done yet. Alternately, having a "relegation is not an option" mandate because of loan payments on the loan that was taken out for a 40,000-seat stadium that my fans aren't even filling.
