What about the building of new stadiums? Currently playing FC United in year 2021-22 - 3rd season in the PRM - Have had Bury upgrade the stadium by 5000 seats (which fc seemed to pay for and board took credit for) Been playing for 2 seasons with max attendances, however, FC does still not build a new stadium - and all requests for expansions gets denied due to FC not owning the stadium. This and the fact the condition of the pitch is a joke and most often is very poor condition makes it slightly frustrating. Too answer the following question which I assume will be for cash - have a bank balance of roughly 70mill - but iirc from 08, the club would use some cash from balance and take a loan for the rest.
