Even IF they could determine from a saved game file that the game had been illegaly downloaded then what? The (punishable) crime is in the sharing of the game not actually playing it! Also do you think the guys ISP would surrender his personal details to SI on the basis of a saved game file uploaded. You think a prosecution would come about because of this? Dream on.
